In 2012 CapeRace will launch it's second circuit with coastal homes located in St. John's, Heart's Delight, and Elliston.
From the Dictionary of Newfoundland English: hare's-ears, hazures: a pair of pointed rocks protruding above the surface of the water;twin peaks (of a hill) [1773] 1971 SEARY 224 Two rocks, known as Hare's Ears
Hare's Ear's is located on St. John's harbour in the Outer Battery Village, just five minutes from the city-center. The house is on the Signal Hill Trail system which conects to both the coastal trail system of St. John's as well as the urban trail system called the Grand Concourse. The Outer Battery is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city, and still maintains the look and feel of small fishing village.
